Below are some things you should know for your visit:

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start-time(especially if this is your first visit).

• RESET is located inside of CrossFit Hollywood(come on in!)

• Parking

• There are 1 hour meters in front of the building. There is also 2 hour free street parking on Cloverdale and Cochrane Avenue.

• You’ll check in at the front desk upon arrival.

• Your session begins at the booked appointment time.

• Your session ends at the scheduled end time.

• We are not able to accommodate additional time due to a late arrival.

• We recommend using the shower in the room before starting your therapy. A shower is required before entering the cold plunge.

• Fresh towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided.

• We do have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations within that window are non-refundable. Rescheduling within that window is also not an option.
