General

  • You can update your booking through your Vagaro app or website. You can also reach out to the front desk at RESET for assistance during open hours.

  • No time like the present to try something new! The benefits can be amazing, but there can also be an adjustment period (especially with the cold plunge). Let us know if you have any questions and we’ll do our best to guide you through your first visit!

  • If you are new to Contrast Therapy, it’s best to ease your way in. We recommend starting off with 8-10 minutes in the Infrared Sauna followed by 1-2 minutes in the cold plunge. And repeat this cycle 3-4x. You will notice that each time you go to get into the cold plunge that you are able to hang in there just a little bit longer. As you get more comfortable you can increase your time in the cold plunge to 2-3 minutes per cycle.

  • The best way to book a session is through our website. We use Vagaro as our booking platform so you may already have an account with them, or even their app on your phone. Just click one of the BOOK NOW buttons on our site to get started. You can also call our front desk for assistance.

  • Unless you have a registered service animal, no pets will be permitted inside the location. This policy is in place to maintain a hygienic and stress-free environment for all clients receiving services.

  • We do not offer or provide services to anyone under the age of 16. If you are an individual aged 16 or 17, you may be eligible to receive services provided your parent or legal guardian co-signs your Agreement, takes primary responsibility for all billing matters related to your account, and remains physically present at all times while you are receiving services.

  • In the event you are running late, calllate, call the front desk (1.323.782.1045) to notify them. Please note that all bookings start and finish at the scheduled time and we can not accommodate additional time. In the event of a missed booking that session will be forfeited without a refund.

  • We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations under 12 hours will result in the loss of the session with no refund.

  • We do keep found items at our front desk for 72 hours. After this time we dispose of any items accordingly. We will do our best to reach out to any clients who we feel the item may belong to. We are not responsible for any personal property that you may bring or leave behind. If you would like to inquire about an item you may have left behind you can contact us HERE.

  • We only recommend one session per day.

Memberships

  • You can purchase your membership by going HERE. You can also talk to the front desk during open hours.

  • Sessions do not roll over. Any sessions that are part of a monthly plan are only good for that month.

  • You can cancel your membership by filling out our cancellation form HERE. Please note we do require 30 days notice.
